I take a holistic approach to working with the body, always listening first, asking questions and tuning in to what each body requires for greater healing and evolution.

As a Pilates practitioner and movement educator I meet your body where it is on any given day to take you through a practice that will align your bones, balance your muscles and nourish your organs through breath and conscious connection with your deeper Self.

As a holistic pelvic health physical therapist I use an integrative approach to evaluate my patients including biomechanical assessment, orthopedic special tests, clinical reasoning, and a full systems review including a trauma-informed subjective examination.  I recognize the interconnectedness of the nervous system, fascial system, musculoskeletal system and energy body, integrating a systems approach to treatment that considers the whole person, including the physical body, emotional well-being and spiritual health.

I help my clients find more optimal movement patterns in their bodies through conscious functional and therapeutic movement, manual release techniques and patient education in anatomy, pain science, biomechanics and motor control.

  • Energetic body processes to clear congestion and create balance in the system
